Wall Hanger Brackets - Instructions for mounting on the wall:

Note: The wall hanger brackets must be mounted to a (wooden) 2x4 FIRST, and then the 2x4 must be mounted to your wall. The 2x4 must be mounted to at LEAST 3 studs.

1. AFTER you have mounted your tonneau cover on your truck, measure between the male hinges on your tonneau cover . ("Center to Center")

2. Mark this distance on a 2x4 with two lines.

3. Take the two wall hanger brackets (they are identical) and line up the left edges of both of the brackets with your lines. (Blue line below).

4. Using wood screws, (at least 1" long), mount each of the wall hanger brackets on the 2x4:

5. After you've done this, the brackets should be at the correct distance apart.

Note that the distance between the blue lines below is the same as the "center to center" of the female slots (red lines).

6. Now you can mount the 2x4 to your wall. (We recommend using wood screws at least 3" long.)

The cover 'hangs' from the wall, so you need to mount the 2x4 up high enough that it won't touch the ground.

Again, please note that you need to mount the 2x4 to at least 3 different studs in the wall. Sometimes it is easier to "pre-drill" the holes in the 2x4 so that the wood screws go in the wall easier.

7. It is helpful to "tug" downward on the brackets to make sure that your mount is secure.

8. Your cover can now be stored on your wall when not in use.
